They told my mother she had IBS for five years and eventually she was told she had been misdiagnosed for 5 years and passed away with stomach cancer. They told my flat mate her pain was in her mind and she ended up having a 5 hour operation in Nottingham to remove the cancer that beacon doctors had misdiagnosed and I was told i would receive an appointment for my operation within 6 weeks and that was in 2016, after several complaints im still waiting and its now July 2017.

I live near by. Had a bad cut on my hand while washing dishes. I didn't have anything to bandage it, so wrapped it in a paper towel and went straight to this "practice". Wasn't even offered a plaster, just sent away to Skegness for someone else to deal with it.

Tried calling woman was rude says if I want an appointment make one after 6.30, I then call and there's nothing available just amazing can't even see a doctor if you need one...

I wrote this while waiting in the surgery from 8.45am for a 9am appointment for my heart but the nurse didn't keep my appointment and wasn't even in the surgery at my appointment time. After discussing it with reception i was never seen and i have no future appointments.

When u are able to get an appointment then the service is excellent. However the reception staff are not at all helpful. One in particular is extremely rude. I had to remind her that I was educated and could read and write.. I have also been a drs. Practice manager and would never allow my staff to speak to patients like her. Some of these receptionists need an updated training course.
